The service
SelahAssist provides managed executive and virtual assistant support. We select, brief and supervise the assistants who work on your requests. You don't employ or manage them. We do.
Plans and billing
Dedicated plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Hours beyond your plan, and all on-demand time, are billed at $48 an hour in one-minute increments at the end of each month.
Cancelling
Dedicated plans run month to month and can be cancelled with 30 days' notice. Annual plans: [REFUND TERMS]. On-demand has no commitment.
Your responsibilities
Give us accurate information, grant only the access an assistant needs, and don't ask assistants to do anything unlawful or unsafe. We may decline requests that put an assistant at risk.
Confidentiality
We treat everything you share as confidential. Every assistant signs our confidentiality agreement before working on any account.
