The shift

This isn't a placement to fill time. How you show up matters.

To the executive you support, and to how people experience SelahAssist as a whole. The program is built around one change in posture: from reactive support to proactive, consultative partnership.

Who it's for

Experienced admins ready for strategic work.

You already do the job

You're an administrative assistant or EA with real-world experience, and you want to operate as a trusted partner to senior leaders.

You want to be placed well

You're preparing for a high-leverage placement with our executive and consulting clients, and want to arrive ready on day one.

Proficiency over tenure

Years on your résumé don't pass you here. Every module asks you to demonstrate understanding, whatever your background.

You're curious about AI

Whether you use AI daily or rarely, you'll leave fluent, and you'll have adopted at least one tool that's genuinely new to you.

The curriculum

Five modules. One way of working.

Short concept videos, a quick check after each one, and an assessment before the next module unlocks.

Managing up, emotional intelligence, and discretion. Move from reactive task triage to a consultative partner who aligns daily operations with the executive's goals and working style.

How it works

Learn on your schedule. Meet as a cohort once a week.

WEEK 1

Modules 1, 2 & 3

Partnership, time architecture and AI at your own pace. One live session closes the week for discussion and questions.

WEEK 2

Modules 4 & 5

Security, specialized clients and sustainable performance, followed by a live session covering both modules.

WEEK 3

The capstone

Opens Monday, due by end of week. A closing live session wraps the cohort. Individual feedback follows the week after.

Every live session is recorded and stays on the platform for you to revisit.
Built-in breathing room. Each module unlocks at least 24 hours after you finish the last.
One community space. Discussion and Q&A live in the platform's forum, not a noisy group chat.
The capstone

One chaotic workday. Everything you've learned.

A full, realistic day of executive-support demands, compressed into a single task set that draws on all five modules. Same task for everyone, completed individually, so your work shows your proficiency.

  • ✓ No live timer and no proctoring
  • ✓ Work asynchronously across the capstone week
  • ✓ Thoughtful individual feedback the following week
What lands on your desk
  1. 1A messy inbox to triage, outcome-first
  2. 2A calendar with real conflicts to fix and color-code
  3. 3A disorganized meeting transcript to turn into a one-page brief
  4. 4An expense sheet hiding a discrepancy
  5. 5A vague, emotionally loaded message from "the executive"
  6. 6A short reflection on how you paced yourself
After the program

We have your back once you're placed.

A clear escalation path

The Candidate Placement Safety Net sets out three escalation levels, from scope creep to toxic behavior to harassment.

Confidential reporting

Misconduct reports stay confidential within SelahAssist, and reporting never affects your standing on the platform.
